Dress Code

Formal attire Our wedding is outdoors to make the most of the stunning venue. However, we do expect it to cool down once the sun goes down and the dance floor starts up. We hope that the food, drinks and vibes are enough to warm things up, however we do recommend you bring a coat. We can hang this up and store it for you while it's not needed.

Adults only

While we adore your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event.So, organise the babysitter and get ready to celebrate the night away with us!

The Venue

Woolbrook Homestead

Woolbrook Homestead is a beautiful, bluestone built in 1856. Woolbrook Homestead is positioned on a stunning property, surrounded by exquisite gardens. The Homestead is managed by a local family who are the 5th generation to care for the property. Even more special, Woolbrook Homestead is located less than 1km from our home. We are so excited to share this little piece of our community with you all!

Transport

To ensure everyone is able to fully enjoy the night, we will be providing a bus from Geelong to Woolbrook Homestead.The bus will depart and return from The Barwon Valley Activity Centre, 1 Barwon Heads Rd, Belmont.The bus will leave Geelong at approximately 3pm and return from Teesdale at approximately 11:30pm.If you would like to utilise this bus, please let us know when completing your RSVP.If you are planning to drive yourself to the venue, there is ample parking. You are free to leave you car overnight, however it must be collected by 11am the following morning.Please also note, there is little to no taxi or ride share services available from Teesdale.

Accommodation

For those travelling to be a part of our day; first of all, thank you!We understand trying to find accommodation for an event can be challenging, especially when it is outisde of the city! While the neighbouring town of Inverleigh is a stunning spot, there is very little amenity and accommodation. We recommend staying somewhere centrally in Geelong and utilising the bus to and from the venue. This will allow you to make the most of the city away from the wedding day. If you need any specific recommendations, please reach out to either of us.
